Adam Road is very close to the Botanical gardens and is well connected with the city. Specifically for SMU students there are two buses that go straight to school. Further, it is very close to Newton MRT. Cold Storage is a 5-7mins walk away. We also some nice hang-outs like Island cremery, Mc Donalds, Adam Food Court, Mad Jack and various other restaurants a few blocks away. Adam Place is a spacious condo with 3 bedrooms, 2 restrooms, balcony overlooking greens, living room, kitchen and pantry. We also have a swimming pool to our disposal. The rent includes utilities (except Aircon which is additional) and Internet. The exact figure is SGD670. A refundable deposit of SGD605 has to be given the first month.
