There are two common rooms available in an HDB Executive Apartment at Bedok Reservoir Road, near Eunos MRT. The rent is 620 and 700 for the rooms respectively (PUB not included). The apartment is very very spacious and the rooms are nicely furnished. The house is beautiful, newly renovated and well ventilated. We can arrange for a TV in your room if you require. We will also be getting brand NEW washing machine, fridge etc..
We are looking for a single professional or professionals to take up one or both of the rooms or a couple to take both rooms. Currently, we are one girl and one guy sharing the apartment. We are not the owners. Internet,TV and basic facilities will be provided. No intervention, Cooking is allowed. Basically, you can live like it''s your own house :)
The Apartment is one bus ride away from Eunos and Kembangan mrt. There are 4-5 direct buses and the mrt is about about three bus-stops away, there are few direct buses to city too so the location is good. Our lease starts on Aug 1st.
