We are owners intending to rent out a common room in our 4room HDB flat. We are looking for a NUS student since there is a direct bus from our house. We are couple and no kids. We prefer someone who do not cook. The other facilities available are single bed with wooden cot, reading table and chair, bookshelf, wardrobe, fan, aircon, bedside table, tv (inside the room), internet.
