Hello,
We’re looking for a 4th person to share the house with. We are a fun and lively bunch of students and are looking for someone who is like-minded – either a student or professional.
The room is spacious and airy with plenty of natural light. It comes fully furnished with bed and mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, desk and chair. The house has recently been refurbished throughout and has a large modern kitchen (with loads of fridge and freezer space, washing machine, modern cooker etc – all mod cons). At the moment there are three of us - all students.
The rent is £49 per week which is excluding bills, but we’ll obviously split the bills between us and being students we’re 100% exempt from paying council tax!
The location is fantastic, a stone throw away from London Road which boasts Gym, bars, loads of restaurants and plenty of shops, and more importantly, from Sheffield Hallam Uni and Collegiate campus(!) Great night-life AND transport links to bring you back to square one (home) from a night out(!).">
