We are four girls living in 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Santa Clara. One girl is moving out at end of this month, need someone to replace her from 1st May and share a room with another girl. Its a fully furnished spacious apartment near El Camino Real and Lawrence Expy, near VTA bus no. 22, Indian Stores and Restaurants, Lucky, Kohls, Walgreens, Chillis.The rent is $350/month, deposit $250, excluding utlilities. Lease is on a month to month basis. Also will have to give us one month notice before leaving. Apartment complex has a swimming pool, and coin operated laundry room. Goodcommunity with many Indian families.
