I am looking for a room mate to share a 2bed/2bath apartment in San Jose, community is called Vista 99 by Equity Residential. This is a new apartment community, highly luxurious, and has all the modern amenities. The apartment is available from first week of November. I would be taking up one of the 2 Bedrooms.The rent for the private 1 Bed 1 Bath, with one month rent free promotion offered by the community is 1420$ . The month of december is rent free as a par of the promotion.The apartment gets a lot of light, big patio type window in the Bedroom and is very spacious with private bathroom for the occupant. Light rail VTA , CAL train stops is much much closer,like literally outside the community. The community is on North 1st Street with easy access to all major tech companies, downtown SJ and food markets.Private parking spot included with additional spot available on request.
