I have an open space in my apartment room for rent. The apartment is located in the heart of La Jolla, and La Jolla is basically the center for many engineering firms and of course one of the largest UC’s in California UC San Diego. If you are a student even better, UCSD is only 5-7 minutes away. This apartment beats other apartments because the bus stop is right below the apartment and takes only 5-7 minutes to get to campus and has easy access to the open road that leads down to many Biotech. Industries and IT firms in the area. It is also near the freeway and plenty of shopping centers and even the mall. I don’t think you will find another idealistic place to stay other than this apartment. I am including utilities in the rent, but as a side note you will be sharing a room with others. There is a huge demand for Costa Verde Village apartments so email asap.
