HiI have one bed/one bath apartment available near UT San Antonio campus which I want to transfer the lease and rent is $640/month (including utilities+water) but its negotiable though. I want to transfer the lease since I have signed for a job in another city and will be leaving San Antonio sometime in April. Lease is till July, which can be extended if you like the apartment. Security and everything else is already paid for the lease. Apartment is clean and tidy and I will move all my stuff completely before transferring the apartment and will ensure it is all cleaned up and ready before you move.
