I have a furnished basement with 2 bedroom, 1 bath and a small kitchen. The basement has a separate entrance. I am planning to rent each room for $600. The rent includes the utilities, internet. The room is furnished with bed(including mattress),closet, table and chair. The living area is furnished with TV, couch and a coffee table. The kitchen is furnished with required cookware and utensils. As an option, you can stay as a paying guest with cooked food provided on additional charges as well. The room is located in Sandy area.
