I am currently living in a 3 bedroom house at Gold Street(near Mt. Hope) and I'm looking for a female roommate to take my place in the house. The house is beautiful near Mt. Hope and well equipped with everything from furniture to kitchen utensils. It is very close to a lot of food chains like chipotle, M'd and others, grocery stores, CVS and a lot of places to hang out.The other two roommates are mid twenties Indian girls and are very cooperative and sweet. Also internet, gas and electricity connections are already in place.The rent is $ 500(negotiable) + utilities (internet plus gas and electricity; roughly $40/m).
