I have a studio apartment and I live alone. I want to share it with a roommate, it gets kinda lonely and boring when you live alone. The rent would be $300 per month including utilities and internet. Its in Park Avenue, a very nice area. All you have to do is bring in your bed, even if you don't have a bed that's fine, I have an extra bed. I am a very easy going guy, I want a friend and an apartment mate. Please respond if interested.
