Hi,We are a Hindu veg couple looking for a single girl to share the recently leased 2-Bedroom apartment. This is a 2-Bedroom, 1-Bathroom apartment, which is located in Richmond. Out of 2 Bedrooms, one bedroom is currently occupied by us; another bedroom (Semi-furnished, without BED with cupboard) is available from 8th May 2016. We are full-time / part-time employed living in the apartment, the apartment is Fully Furnished with all the basic amenities, high speed unlimited internet and LED TV with Real TV box (covering all the Hindi channels too). We usually cook at home and the girl can also share the kitchen with us but only Vegetarian can be cooked at home as we are pure veg. Our house is just 1 min walk away from the Tram stop (2 direct trams to CBD runs from the stop) and Coles store and lots of restaurants are couple of minutes away. Rent expected is $240-250 per week including everything; but can be negotiated for right person. Moving costs 1 month rent in advance + 3 weeks bond (refundable on vacation).
