Hey, we (Indian couple with a 2 year old baby boy) have a huge furnished double room to tent in one of the most sought after streets in Putney - Carlton Drive. The room is huge with a brand new double bed, built-in spacious wardrobes, a side table, its own two - seater sofa. If you need even more extra space, there are built-in cupboards along the hallway. The room has been used by couples in the past but is now ONLY available for single occupancy. It's 700p per month (2 week's rent as deposit) and includes all bills such as broadband, gas, electricity, council tax etc. There is no TV connection in the flat.We are looking for someone who will be happy to sit in the lounge, have a chat, share a glass of wine etc. I am an IT Manager, my wife is a home maker and both are in our early 30's. It's definitely not a party house but we are not going to object to the occasional exception to that! we both very easygoing, friendly and normal human beings. As I already mentioned you need to be baby friendly.If any of this sounds like what you are looking for please get in touch. My only real stipulation is that you must be a clean and tidy person, keep the shared area clean and usable. Smokers are okay as long as you do NOT smoke inside the flat.
