Description - the 2BHK semifurnished flat is located at the center of Aundh (Medhi Park), which is the most sought after area in pune. currently we 2 girls are going to put up there, and looking for third roommate to join. the rooms are semi-furnished i.e have cupboards, beds , matrices & there is a modular kitchen. No problem of electricity and water according to the owner. Rent for the house is 15000 & deposit 50000k , additional some charge of brokership, be equally divided amongst three ..single occupancy will have slightly more rent than 5K
