The house have 4 bedrooms, because our program is in L.A next semeste, so I and another friend will move out in this early May. The rooms are fully furnished with bed(one room), mattress, working desk, lamp, chair, drawer chest and big closet with mirror. you don''t need to buy anything to move in.I will leave my furniture to you at no charge if you decide to stay. There are 3 bathrooms, 2 at second floor, the other is at the third floor. Kitchen and living room are on the first floor, and is fully equipped with fridge and stove. We also have washing machine and dryer for the laundry. Neighborhood – Squirrel Hill is a beautiful and very safe neighborhood with lots of nice restaurants. Walking distance is 40 minutes to CMU, but it is very convenient to take a bus. 59U,61D,61C (all these buses go to CMU, Pitt, and downtown, and at 15 minute interval ). 4 minutes walk
to Forward bus stop, and 8 minutes walk to Giant Eagle. Few minutes walk to grocery stores and restaurants in the squirrel hill area, you can get Chinese food, Indian food, Japanese food and Mexico food with minutes of walk. You will be living with 2 very nice male Chinese CMU graduate students. We are looking for a clean and nice tenant too, non-smoker, no pets. Cost: we share the total cost of 1450 for the whole house, not including the utility ( so it is 362.5 per person).
The utility include water, electronic, Internet and heat( only in winter). so during summer, it usually add to 410 per person.">
