Looking for a roommate to share a double bedroom apartment (3rd floor) in shadyside. My current roommate is leaving and I need someone to replace him. The room will be available from august 1 and need to sign a one year lease ASAP to secure the apt. The neighborhood is one of the best in the locality with professional people living around. No problem with car parking as permit is needed . The rent is $ 500 with all the utilities included and I do have verizon fios internet and Tv which is extra we can share. There is no laundry in this building and there are few laundromats near by.About myself: I work with UPMC and I'm very much a 9-5 working person.
