Hi i am offering my house to share as i am looking for some one responsible and who can take good care of the things and should be nice and clean. I have a family here ,Two bed room occupied by us and offering beedroom 3 to rent at the moment . .. If any one is intrested please contact via email.I have got washing machine and fridge which can be used and its common kitchen. Rent $160 p/w incl Electricity ,Internet,Gas and water . Its available from today .I am living in Bassendean. So if any one intrested please call me . Students preffred Indian or Asian background . .And its close to public transport 15 mins drive to city. I am working full time and most of the times i am not home .
