Payable in advance 2 weeks in advance or one week in advance Payable on your pay day. $140 is made of $65 rent and $75 costs. The price is all inclusive and includes cost of Electricity, gas, water and telephone (Free for STD (08) and Local Calls. Pay for mobiles and International Calls.) plus yard costs. There is nothing more to pay except the cost of your own food and other essential items. Arrangements are that you purchase, prepare and cook your own food and clean the kitchen after yourself. The house is on a 1/4 acre of land with kept lawns and garden Trees and Shrubs. The House is situated just 50 metres from the Route 21 Bus stop along Beaufort St to Perth from Morley Bus Terminal. The bus service is a regular service. We are also just 10 mins walk from the Circle Route Bus Stop (98 & 99) Which takes you to all of the Universities.
There is parking available should you have a vehicle but no Garage. As the garage is being used for storage. I am sure that you would find us very amenable to live with and you would be helping us with the cost of the rent. We do not have many visitors, don''t drink and live in peace and harmony together. You would be permitted to have visitors and there is plenty of space. The lounge room has seating for 7 and you would be welcome to use this as well. That would be part of the collective space of the house which we 3 would use equally. The back Verandah as well which is fully enclosed and lockable has a three piece 4 seater lounge should you wish to get away from us to talk to any guests you may wish to entertain. Your voices on the back verandah would not be overheard by us in the lounge.
You would not be required to do any housework except your own room and cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen.
