I am looking for a female Indian Roommate to rent 1(decent-sized)bedroom with one shared washroom of 2bedroom apartment from September 2011 onwards on a lease of month to month basis but first and last month’s rent is required in advance. You would be living with the owner, a 24 year old female final year grad student in E-Business in OttawaU in Telfer School of Management who works part time off-campus, full time on-campus and is doing research in final semester. I love to have fun but I'm at the stage where it's more low key things like movies, dinners and sports. I am very clean, I tend to do a clean up weekly whether I have a roommate or not, and it bothers me if I have a full sink of dishes for longer than a day. I am looking for a roommate who is somewhat close in age to me, respectful, quiet and pretty clean (no need to be as clean as me, just make sure you pick up after yourself in the common area and kitchen), non-drinker, non-smoker, non-partying and with no-pets. I am open to working professionals and students.
Apartment is situated at Alta Vista Drive, K1G 3N9, Ottawa, ON. Apartment is located at walkable distance from hurdman (main-bus) station and is 5 minutes by bus from downtown, University of Ottawa and all major places. All major grocery stores are nearby, Shoppers Drug Mart, Subway, Shawarma and Tim Horton’s are adjacent to apartment building in Alta Vista Plaza. Trainyards plaza is at walkable distance to Apartment which includes-Walmart, Dollarstore, Starbucks etc. Apartment is in best condition as you can see from displayed pictures .You can have access to Swimming Pool which is located within campus premises. Buses are frequent and running all through day and night from Apartment. Total area of apartment is 650 square feets it’s a large 2 bedroom apartment. It’s a beautiful place to move in. Monthly rent is $513 which includes – heat, electricity, fridge, stove and water and ($20-$25) additional for high speed bell internet connection which is shared between two people so for two people come up to approx.. $45 monthly based on use. Laundary is in basement of apartment (on-site) and is smart-card operated.
The current roommate is moving out in August end so ideally I would like someone (Indian Female Roommate) that can move in Sept 1st, 2011 and can contact ASAP! email for more info or to come in for a viewing!
