THE NEIGHBORHOOD/HOUSE: I have a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home in College Park in the Downtown Orlando area and its also close to Winter Park. College Park is a VERY desirable and expensive area of Orlando and is centrally located to everything! College Park is also just outside but with-in 3 miles of downtown Orlando. There are restaurants, shops, boutiques, and a grocery store all with in walking distance. I have a comfortable home with a large fenced yard, a nice screened porch, and a garage for a little storage. The house is fully furnished, with hard wood floors, skylights and I have a washer and dryer on the premises. I also have 3 inside kitties 1 outside kitty and a talking parrot (Scooby). Scooby is really good when its time to be quiet and then he’s extremely entertaining otherwise. YOU?: I am looking for a roommate that needs a room for 6+ months. I need someone who is clean yet not OCD, fun but not a constant partier (been there, done that), respectful yet not anal, a professional, not in the habit of bringing home strangers... And, of course, can pay the bills on time. ME : I am a professional and I am born and raised in Orlando. I enjoy going out occasionally, comedy shows, I love the beach, watching movies at home, the gym, 420 friendly, gay friendly, I enjoy cooking for someone other than myself, and surprisingly...I am an animal lover (lol). Due to my pets I do my very best to keep the place clean (Please note this if you have allergies),comfortable and drama free. A dinner party here and there, walk to Taste for a beer and some live music... and that''s about as rowdy as it gets around here for the most part. THE SCOOP: Rent is $500 a month and bills are typically an additional $200. That includes an office for your use, OUC (trash, electric, and water), high speed internet, Satellite TV in your room with movie channels, the lawn. The total expenses can vary slightly just with the power bill. The others are fixed costs. In other wards you can live in a great home, downtown for $700-750 a month! The homes in this area are very expensive and usually $1200+ a month just for rent in a smaller, non-furnished home in this particular area.">
