Hi -- I am looking for a female professional to take over the lease on my apartment. The rent is $1500/month. This is a 2br/1ba apartment and you will have your own room.The current lease extends till the end of July so I was want someone to get on the current lease for the months of June and July and then sign a 1 year lease along with me starting August.This is a fantastic new/renovated doorman building in midtown east (walking distance to Grand Central, the UN etc.). The apartment has stainless less appliances, gym etc. in the building.I am a female professional who works really long hours and barely use the apartment.
