Looking for a female to take over a room!September month paid for;- It's one room in a 2 bedroom apt -Rent is $1,600. You'd pay for internet and electricity. Hot water and heat is paid for by the owner.-Bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment-The room is fully furnished with a twin mattress that has been encased since it was bought and a twin bed frame. BOTH ARE BRAND NEW!! There is a closet in the room and there's also room for a huge dresser (if you want to bring one), includes two windows, a fan, clothes hook behind the door, and a bunch of hangers will be left behind (brand new- 50) for you to hang your clothes on.-The kitchen is furnished with a microwave, rice cooker, dishwasher.-There is a washer/dryer IN the unit.-There is also a dinning table.-Bathroom is renovated-Apt located on 109th st between Broadway & Amsterdam-The subway station is literally a block down (110th)-24/7 grocery store located on 110th as well-10 minute walking distance to Columbia.-Neighborhood is extremely safe and the building has students and professionals living hereBasically, you'll bring yourself, your clothes, and any other belongings you need because you'll already have a bed to sleep on and a fan to keep you cool!
