One single room suitable for one individual. Toilet is close to the room and the room is separated from the other room. This room is a part 3 bedroom unit house. Well maintained room. Kitchen is on the first level and if you want to cook your own food it is fine or else if you want to stay as a paying guest that is also fine. Wi Fi internet available and power and hot water is also included in the rent. If you want to add food then it may go up a little. The house is located in New Lynn and it close to New Lynn bus station and train station just 4 minutes walk. If anyone wants to go to city then it is 3 stages by bus and train. Usually it takes around 30 minutes by bus to city and 4o min by train to Britomart. Countdown is near the house , so no problem for shopping. Mall and countdown are close to each other.
