Hi All, We would like to sub-lease our 2 bedroom apartment (10th Avenue SE, Apt #4, Minneapolis, MN 55414) from 1st June' 2010 to 31st Aug' 2010 (3 months). We are looking for one/two/ three persons to share the Apartment. Total rent is $940. There will already be one person in the apartment till aug 31st. His share of rent is $313. So, if one people will share the apt then rent is $313 per person. if two people will share the apt then rent is (940 -313)/2 = $313 per person. If three people will share the apt then rent is (940 -313)/3 = $209 per person. Water and heating is included in the rent. Laundry is available in form the apartment complex. Paid Utilities will include electricity ($25) + internet ($32) in total. For commuting purposes, there is a bus stop right in front of the apartment. The metrotransit bus serving the route is #2, which goes both to the east bank and the west bank campuses.
