Hi,One of my flatmates is moving out by the end of this month and we are looking for someone to replace that occupancy. We have a 3BHK apartment and 3 of us are staying as of now.Rent per head is 14100. The apartment has all the basic amenities and 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is 24*7 security and water supply. We have a maid who comes to cook twice a day and another who cleans the house and does the laundry too. Their salary is 3000 per head. Covered parking is also available. No brokerage needs to be paid.The house is located in Saki Vihar road and is very close to Hiranandani, Boomerang , JVLR and SEEPZ.
