Looking for a male flat mate:1 Bedroom available in a 2 Bedroom apartment in Prabhadevi. Flat has already been taken on lease. Fully furnished - bed, cupboard, AC, TV, fridge, washing machine, kitchen ware, etc (small investment to be made to pay departing flat mate). Great ventilation. 1 bathroom with separate loo and bath areas, so getting ready in the mornings has never been a problem. Water available 24 hours a day. Maids to cook and clean been coming for over 3 years. The apartment is on the 5th floor (elevator available) in a 7 floor tower. Parking available within society if needed. Fantastic location: 20 meters away from the sea, 5-10 min cab ride to Dadar/Elphinstone Road stations or Lower Parel/Worli, 5 min walk to bus stand (AC/normal buses), 10 min walk to Worli Seaface. Cab stand right outside building. Rent: Rs. 38,000/2 i.e. Rs. 19,000 per person per month (way below market price). Security deposit: Rs. 50,000. No brokerage!
