It is a single bedroom apartment in downtown Minneapolis. My lease expires in June. Since my lease expires in less than 2 months, you can take over the lease from July for a minimum of 6 month lease period. I will be paying the June month rent and I will give you a discount on the June month lease. You can pay me only USD 400 as the June month rent.This apartment is easily reachable by metro bus. There is also a parking lot connected to the building which is run by Loop Parking and can be used at paying a monthly fee. Gas and electricity is included in the rent.
