Wanted : Indian Female to share a spacious fully furnished studio in the city I am an Indian Chartered Accountant working in the city looking for an Indian Female to share my fully Furnished studio with me. Studio has a Fridge, Microwave , Double bed , heater , air conditioner , gas cooking , and a fully furnished kitchen with all cutlery. 1) 2 min walk to coles. Indian Store 5 min.2) Tram available right at the door step. Can take tram 55 from Williams street and get off at stop 29 which will drop you right outside the house. 10 Minutes tram ride to Flagstaff or Melbourne central station. Tram frequency is every 4 minutes during peak hours.3) Rent 630 per month (Includes gas and water). Electricity bill separate. Internet $30 per person.4) Located at the tip of the city, it is a short tram ride to Collins street. I myself work on Collins street it takes me only 10 minutes to reach there everyday.
