Hello,I am Aditya Agarwal (Indian Background) and looking for a flat mate (Singles Only) who is neat and tidy. The house is fully furnished other than the bedroom for rent (can arrange if needed). The apartment is located in the quite streat of Essendon just couple of mins walk to tram and train station.I cant describe the flat in words as its so beautifully located with lots of space. 2 extra big bedrooms with big bathroom which includes washing machine, big lounge with TV and sofa(on order hope to get it by month end) to enjoy weekend movie, big enough fully equiped kitchen and a balcony with table and chairs to enjoy breakfast.I have some techno stuff and furniture which I am happy to share.Everything in the house is up for sharing but with care. All the bills will be shared which includes (Electricity, Gas, water and Internet).Bit about me: I moved from Indian to Melbourne around 6 years ago for my higher studies. I am currently working full time for an US based company in Tullamarine. I am easy going and most of the time happiest with my life. I dont mind sharing breakfast and some outing over the weekend.I think this is enough for now. We can discuss further when we meet up.
