This is 1250 Square foot house. It is a 3 bedroom and 2 full bathroom house with a large backyard with an orange tree. The room is approx 10x10. Inside the house there is a pool table and ping pong table, three couches, two floor heaters, a huge kitchen, a washer and dryer, as well as a brand new oven. All the small things that one needs are there such as a microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven etc.
There is a two car garage, however I have a trailer with two jetskis in there, and it is primarily used for storage, which you would be entitled to. On the other hand, this house is on a corner with two intersecting streets. Across the street is a park with basketball courts, soccer fields, and tennis courts open to the public. This provides 5 different blocks to park on and a ton of parking spots. There is never a problem with parking and worse case scenario, we do have a driveway going to the garage. Parking is not a hassle here!
There is plenty of room inside each room for your furniture, however the living room is pretty furnished with three couches, a pool table, and a T.V. Anything can work, I am very flexible. If you are very serious, I can send pictures of each room, there is one pic displayed on the Cragislist.com
