Hi everyone!We are an Indian couple with other two housemates from Indian origin as well, seeking for new housemates for our new home to create an homely atmosphere. We have recently moved in a 4 bed house with a large paved rear garden. The house is on a quiet residential road off green street and its only 5-6 mins walking distance to Upton Park station. The house is recently painted & refurbished.The local shops and tesco are 3-4 mins away from the house. The bus routes nearest to house are 58, 330, 104, 238.All bills (gas, electricity, Internet etc. ) are included in the rent.The room available is master bedroom and it can be suitable for single professional (can be discussed) or student or a couple or two friends (£80 per week per person) willing to share a room. Deposit & rent will be one month in advance. There is no agency fees, it is a private ad.
