We have 1 large bedroom with a double bed available for a female, as this is a girls only flat-share. This is a 3 bedroom flat, plus there''s a spacious living room and separate kitchen. The flat is furnished, with all the usual general amenities - washing machine, fridge, microwave, tv, telephone, wireless internet, etc. There are two other girls in this flat - an Italian and an Indian who are both working and studying. We are quiet, friendly and cooperative, and like to keep the place clean and tidy. We keep to ourselves but also like to get together and go out at the weekends sometimes. The house is located only 5-minute-walk from Bermondsey Tube Station, on the Jubilee Line, convenient for people working/ studying in Central London or Canary Wharf. Bus stop is right opposite the house, with frequent services to Central London. Tesco, Odeon Cinema, Surrey Quays Shopping Centre are within walking distance. The neighbourhood is safe, clean and quiet. The rent for the double bedroom is £100 per week (or £400 per month). We split bills equally, so including all bills your total cost per month will be £475. There is no deposit. If you are interested, please email as soon as possible to arrange a viewing.
