THE FLATNew flat (only a year old), consists of two rooms (larger than double, larger than single room with a shared living room and toilet), located on the third floor, don't worry there is a lift in the building. - Laminated wooden flooring, double glazed windows - Huge shared living room with a LCD TV, leather couches and a 2. 1 speaker system. - It also has a small balcony looking out to the A12 highway. The kitchen is also attached to the living room. - The toilet is really big for a two bed flat and has been fitted with a new bath tub recently - The building has a shared terrace with BBQ apparatus and seating arrangements for the summers. - We also currently have Sky Broadband installed.THE ROOMThe available room is larger than a double room with new furniture i. e. wardrobe, a set of drawers and a bed side table. There is lot of space to move around in the room as the wardrobe and set of drawers are currently placed next to entrance, which leaves a lot of space even after the double bed is placed in the room. Words and pictures don't do much justice to the room, so a viewing is recommended.Believe you me, the flat and room is a bargain for the price.THE LOCATION - The flat is a 10 minute walk from/to Bromley-by-Bow Underground station, and 7 minute walk to Langdon Park DLR or the Devons Road DLR station - Tesco Superstore - 10 mins walk from the flat located near the Bromley-by-Bow Tube station. Chrisp Street Market is also 10-12 minute walk away. - The O2 or Stratford Westfield are 10 minutes by bus, with the bus stop being right outside the building. Canary Wharf is 5 mins from the Langdon Park DLR. - There is a new local pub also 5-7 mins awayTHE FLATMATE (i. e. Me)Currently in the flat it's just me, a very down to earth and fun loving Advertising professional working in Central London. Mon - Fri is generally about work with some occasional night outs through the week and weekends are about sports, gym, lazing around, cooking etc. Plus point, I cook really well, so on some nights you can expect some really good food in the flat. It's a calm flat in a peaceful building and we don't have nosy neighbours complaining about music or anything else.
