Hi everyone First and foremost I would prefer an asian female tenant for my mother as her english is not so strong. I have a nice, clean room in a spacious house, with recently renovated kitchen and big bathroom in the house. The rent would be £60 per week, two weeks deposit. The rent includes all the bills and free fibre optic high speed BT broadband Internet. I have full central heating installed aswell. The nearest station is "East Ham" on the District Line on the London Underground. The house is a quick 5 minute walk from the station. Also nearby is the High Street with many shops and resteraunts and places of religious worship.
