At the moment we are a Clean, Tidy, Easy Going, Friendly, Fun, Outgoing, flat with a Aussie Couple (the ones moving on), Kiwi Girl ,Safa Guy, and German Girl.
It is a nice 4 bedroom semi detached house, with a newly renovated bathroom with a power shower. A fully furnished shared comfortable lounge room and a practical kitchen with seperate toilet and washing machine. We also have a bit of a backyard which is fab for the backyard BBQ, and a large shed for more storage. The flat also has Landline, Sky Tv, and Wireless internet which is all inclusive.
The house is in a very nice quiet safe area, yet only 5mins and 10mins walk from brent cross and golders green tube stations, and also many bus stops. Also in short walking distance to the high street, a large shopping complex (Brent Cross) and a large supermarket.
The rent is 600GBP per calendar month for the room for the couple all bills included except gas which is divided equally between the 5 house members.
