Perfect double room for a quite non smoking professional. The room is fully furnished at the moment but can be cleared if you have furniture.The room has Sky TV and wireless internet access (both free).You will share all of the house (except my room).The house is a Victorian semi and is on a quite lane 5 minute walk from town and railway station and has off road parking for 2 cars. It has a small front garden a small spilt level rear garden with patio and 2 sheds ideal for bikes. Inside there is a large modern open plan living / dining room with a lovely iron log burner. There are 2 bathrooms one of which has been refurbished to a high standard.I am a Design Engineer in the medical industry and work from 8 till 5. I am laid back, easy going and friendly. I like mountain biking.
