Double room to share with a friendly family located at N11. We both are professionals and out at work most of the time and our four year old boy is at nursery during day time. We are vegeterians but we don't mind non vegeterians :) Split level flat(ground & first floor) located in a quiet and peaceful residential area. Transport : Nearest overground- New Southgate ( 10-15 mins walk) Nearest underground- Arnos grove(Piccadilly line- less than 10 mins by bus 34 / 251) Facilities: fully furnished room with a new double bed, mattress and two door wardrobe(all new) Kitchen- fully equipped Two toilets One bath Required- we are looking for a professional, clean and tidy perosn or a couple. Sorry no smokers and no pets !! Viewing can arranged on weekends and evenings after 6 pm. Rent: £450 pcm for single perosn and £550 pcm for couple with one month advance. rent is inclusive of all bills and wifi. We welcome both long and short stays. Notice period: 3 weeks for long stay.
