A double room to let in a 3 bedroom house located in East London – Newbury Park. Room comes furnished with bed and wardrobe. All bills inclusive broadband, shared kitchen, lounge, lawn, garden etc. We''re hoping to find a laid-back (relaxed) person who appreciates a peaceful, stable environment including some pleasant conversation every now and then. House-share would suit an Indian professional or mature student (non-smoker/non alcoholic). Also we''re looking for someone who is happy to be vegetarian whilst at home.
The Room is very clean, recently refurbished, well-lit and suitable for single occupancy. The house is in a peaceful street with its own private garden and a driveway in the front. It also has a large vegetarian kitchen.

There is a clean and modern spacious lounge, a Dining room which is open plan with a Six-person dining table, Gas Central heating, Patio Doors, and a Private Garden. Local shopping: There are Indian grocery stores within walking distance of the house (very convenient!).
