This is a brand new 4 bedroom house. New high quality furniture and all equipment are in the kitchen and bathroom. There is a small park in front of the property. It’s very quiet and nice area to live. Beautiful garden in the front.TV can be provided for the room , free Wi-fi, 24 hour hot water and heating and 24 hours ADT protection. Transport is very convenient, 5 mins walk to Mitcham town center, two minutes walk to bus stop and 8 mins walk to tram station.The pharmacy and a nursery school are around. The ASDA, Chinese supermarket HooHing, Tesco are in very short distance within 5 mins walk. The hyper shopping center M&S/Large Sainsburys five minutes by driving. Collier Wood Tube station is about 15mins walk.I am looking for a tidy, responsible professtional female with good references to enjoy the peaceful stay in this house. This house has 3 floors with 3 double bedrooms and each floor has a nice bathroom.
