A double room is available for rent in a 4 bedroom house. The house is located near Spar(Londis) and llyods bank on evington road. It is a 10min walk to university of leicester and 15min walk to city centre. This property is double glazed, and gas central heated.The room is a double room, has 2 wardrobes, a double bed, a table and a chair. There is also a storage room inside the bedroom to store suitcases and other things. The house has a big hall and a big backyard.The rent does not include any bills. The internet costs 5pounds a month.. Gas and electricity costs about 25-30 a month. The gas and electricity bills would be shared between all the tenants and will not cost more than 30 per month. The other 3 rooms are occupied by students. This room is available to any student/professional or couple. The minimum stay is 6months
