Hi, I'm a 31 year old Indian who's found a wonderful brand new 3 bedroom apartment. Currently, it's only me and I'm looking for a relaxed, broad-minded person to share this beautiful home with.I've taken the Master bedroom, so there are 2 other rooms available, but I'm willing to rent out only 1 of them so that we can use the 3rd room for guests who come in to visit us -- family, friends, colleagues. The rent per month is RM 4500, so you will have to pay 2250. Believe me, it's a really nice place on the 21st floor with the view of the KL tower and one of the Petronas towers. It's also got a beautiful view of the swimming pool. It's within walking distance of 500 meters from the Masjid Jamek LRT station and 200 meters from Starbucks and Subway. The road behind the apartment goes straight to the party street on Changkat Raja Chulan.I haven't moved it yet. Waiting to move in by the end of July.
