It is a FULLY FURNISHED FLAT with the following things IN EACH ROOM:1. LED TV2. WASHING MACHINE3. REFRIGERATOR4. AIR CONDITIONER IN EACH ROOM5. ALMIRAH IN EACH ROOM6. CUPBOARD7. BED AND MATTRESSAlong with that there is facility to cook FOOD And separate bathroom is also available.The total rent of the flat per month is 1700 RM which would be divided by 3 i.e. RM 570 per month along with electricity bill and gas and internet so approx it will cost RM 700 inclusive of everything.Along with that we have deposited the 1. SECURITY AMOUNT (equivalent to 2 months’ rent) = RM 34002. ADVANCE RENT OF 1ST MONTH = RM 17003. SECURITY FOR UTILITIES = RM 10004. CONTRACT/AGREEMENT COST = RM 450i.e. a TOTAL OF RM 6550 which when divided by 3 would be RM 2185 (refundable).
