The house is located right along the #9 bus route which stops at both universities (bus stop just outside the door). I have three rooms available for $500/month including utilities, cable and internet access. There is one parking space available. The house will be professionally renovated over the summer (new kitchen, bathrooms and paint) and the rooms are available furnished (bed, desk, dresser) or unfurnished. Laundry room is available to all tenants.
