A lovely room in a peaceful secured neighborhood near Gymkhana Club Jorhat Assam. The atmosphere is very friendly and homely.
Amenities: Room size is 300 square Feet. There is a TV and dish TV connection, Air Condition, hot and cold water, washing machine, free filtered water (on request), Iron with Iron board, bar fridge, Cane sofa. It has one queen size bed with TV and attached clean toilet. Fully self servicing apartment. Room is laid with vitrified tiles. Parking for one car is available. A small gym is on the premises, as well as a small basketball ground.
Should you not wish to have air condition and washing machine; the rent will be reduced to Rs 800 per night.
In case of a long term stay, discount can be negotiated. One or two children under the age of 10 can stay with you, without extra cost.
