Excellent Locality,2 minutes to Raheja Mindspace Back Gate and Reliance FreshCurrently master bedroom is occupied by 2 people.One of the guy will be moving by end of this month, and the other will be vacating after 2 months.We are looking for someone who can share for 2 months with a rent of 5K and and can occupy complete room after 2 months with a rent of 8K.Total people staying will be 3 + 1 in hall.Air cooler in the room, Big and enough cupboards, provision for A.C. Attached Bathroom with geyser fitted.Excellent room and bathroom.Rent and advance details.Rent as double occupancy for 2 months will be 5K per month.After 2 months rent will be 8K per month.Advance :- 14K after 2 months 6K more will be deposited.Total 20 K will be refunded at the time of leaving with prior notice.Maid and cook are compulsory Maid 2K for the flatExcellent Cook 1400 per month and will be cooking on Sundays also.
