Hi, I have a 3 bedroom home(2100 sf) and the upstairs room and bathroom are available for rent. 550$ will include all utilities. You will have a lot of privacy and it is furnished with a bed/ dresser and walk in closet. Let me know if you are interested. The address is bridge manor ln, richmond tx its a sub urb of houston. The community that i live in has pool walk trails and easy access to west park tollway which drives straight into gallery and dowtown. . Even though i said a room and bath, literally there is even a family room upstairs with tv and couches which you are free to use at your own privacy Little about me - I am a fulltime working mother of a 2 year old. I am an engineer and my husband is also an engineer but works in a different state. He is home for weekends but dont worry about it, we are quiet and like to do a lot of stuff on weekends so we probably wont b e home most of the time.
