Single bed available in a Double Room.You will be sharing room with a Masters Student in Information Security at Middlesex university.Transport- Bus stop is right across the road, 15min walk to Hendon Central Tube station.5-min walking distance from Middlesex university campus (Hendon Campus).The room is Double Bedroom, With 2 single beds, all tenants are students of Middlesex university, There are total 3 rooms in this house, one on ground floor, 2 on 1st floor, where 2 girls are living and the available bed is at the ground floor. Very good and affordable place for Middlesex university students and working professionals.Furniture in Room: 4-chair table, 3-Seat Leather Sofa, 1 Drawer(3-section), 1 Cabinet. 1 Single bed and 1 Double Bed.There is a pub called "The Claddagh Ring" is 2 minute walking distance from this house, there is a small amount of noise at late-weekends, but the weekend parties are a great place to hang out.Cleaning is regularly done by all tenants minimum weekly, we have an option of keeping a cleaner if required. BIlls:Electricity and Gas total for previous bill was £120 per person for 3 months, i.e. £40 per month. Thus Total Rent and Bills ~ £280.s).
