Looking for roommates in a completely functional, fully-furnished apartment in Ardee City. It is a three bedroom apartment out of which one is occupied. The others are to be occupied on a twin-sharing basis. The rooms are well-furnished with attached bathrooms with geysers. The rooms have beds, cupboards and air-conditioner. The living room has a double sofa-cum-bed that can be used for guests. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas-stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator and utensils. There is a cook and help who will clean.There is WiFi available.The house is well-lit, spacious, very open, overlooks a small park and is surrounded by greenery. The metro station is 4 km away and there are auto-rickshaws available readily.The house also comes with a terrace which has a gazebo which makes for a nice place to hang-out with friends in the evenings and at night.The rent will be Rs 7500 (without electricity) per person. If one wishes to occupy one whole room, rent will be Rs 15,000 (without electricity).
