Mine is 3BHK flat with attached bathrooms in each room. Its a very nicely made flat with each room nicely done up with ceiling lighting & attached bathrooms. I have 3 dogs in the house (small n cute ones)... as m a animal lover so have a rabbit , love birds & aquarium as well & a full time maid to take care of house n my pets..... Rest living & kitchen are well equipped with everything..... its a secured society with 24hrs guards n no water issue.... but as of now i have a invertor for power backup..... I have 2 spare rooms with me... out which i have made one as guest room for now & another one is spare & is unfurnished but have wood work done up in room and bathroom...
