Hey there, potential new flatmates ;) We are looking for YOU to move in with us! :)‘We’are a nice mixed female/male, European/Asian group - all working in different positions/companies in Gurgaon and enjoying living together in a flatshare for having always nice people around...as one of our rooms recently became free, we are now looking for someone who is open-minded and cool with living with guys and girls of different cultures together snd join us. Our flat is in a posh community Golf Course Road. It is about 2800 sqm -whats pretty nice size, fully furnished with absolutely everything required and with an awesome view- you gonna love it!Cook, Maid, Power-Backup, Internet- all there and paid on sharing basis. The society will starting from next summer also have its own pool & gym for free use... Your room is a little small but nice& neat & with a modern bathroom and as the rest of the flat (living/dining room & balconies) are for common use and very huge, this was never an issue for our previous flatmates.The room includes a huge wardrobe, table and if required you can buy a queensize bed & matress (Fabindia) for a good prize from our flatmate for the same. The rent is 12.000 INR/month + expenses (electricity,shared costs e.g. for maid, internet, drinking water, gas,...)
